Agreement

By signing up for the Restaurant Resource Affiliate Program ("Program"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

Acceptance

To enroll in the Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have an active and verified account with Restaurant Resource.

Referral Link and Commission

Referral Link: Upon registration, each affiliate will be provided with a unique referral link.

Commission: Affiliates will earn a commission for each sale or sign-up that occurs through their unique referral link.

Earning and Payouts

Earning Period: Commissions will be calculated every month and recur monthly up to 1 year after sign up.

Payout Methods: Affiliates may choose between bank transfer.

Marketing Practices

Affiliates are prohibited from using any form of false or misleading advertising, including but not limited to spam and adware.

Termination

Either party has the right to terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause. All earned commissions will be paid out within 30 days of termination. Earned commissions refers to commissions earned as of the date the affiliate agreement is terminated and does not include any future payouts for recurring earnings.

Liability

Restaurant Resource will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Program.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time. Notification will be sent to affiliates via the email address provided upon sign-up.

Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Restaurant Resource.
